Despite their limited resources the Aspen team from the Central Russia Region were adamant that they too would make a difference on Mandela Day.

Alla Labynina, a key accounts manager from Tver City collected donations from friends and family to assist the Kashin orphanage. Essential items such as diapers and baby food were bought with the funds raised and ongoing commitment has been pledged to this orphanage.

Clothes and toys were bought for the children who live at the Phoenix social rehabilitation centre. This was the project of Irina Krechikova who is the key accounts manager of Smolensk and Bryansk. He too called on the assistance of his family to reach out to the children at the centre.

The Dora Shelter in Voronezh cares for homeless animals and they were very grateful to receive a nutritious supply of food for the abandoned puppies and dogs.
