Earlier this year Aspen established an office in the Ukraine and the small team of 4 employees eagerly participated in Mandela Day by electing to support the Kovcheg Children's Rehabilitation Center.

This centre  cares for approximately 30 - 50 children from Doneck and Lugansk, although the numbers have recently increased  as a consequence of the influx of child refugees from the east of Ukraine to Kiev.

The Aspen team supported the centre by assisting to repair furniture and also hosted specific handwork activities for the children.
