67 volunteers bring smiles to 670 faces
A team of 67 volunteers from Aspen’s Woodmead, Johannesburg office joined hands to help alleviate the plight of homeless and destitute individuals for Mandela Day.
Aspen Pharmacare's employees rallied together and joyfully made sandwiches in the corporate canteen. These were then distributed together with care packs containing toiletries to about 670 citizens in the Sandton vicinity. The donations, valued at some R20 000 were gratefully received by the beneficiaries.
