At Aspen Caricam, we believe that purpose is measured by the impact we create in the communities we serve. This Mandela Day, all employees came together across seven countries to transform compassion into action, demonstrating that even the smallest acts of service can leave a lasting impact.
Centro Escolar Verbo Divino in Managua, Nicaragua was established in 1950 as a safe haven where some 25 young students from low-income homes spend their childhood receiving an education, crucial development opportunities, social guidance, protection and care.
The school strives to contribute towards a brighter future for the scholars who would otherwise potentially not be educated.
Aspen Nicaragua’s team of volunteers spent quality time with the children on Mandela Day and reminded them that each of them can work hard and have the potential to dream big for a bright future.
